Pixie’s ultimate skincare smoothie
There’s lots of great smoothie ingredients that could benefit your skin. For Nutritionist Pixie, it’s a combination of vitamin-packed fruits like banana and berries, and nuts and seeds for an omega-3 boost.
Try making Pixie’s breakfast skincare smoothie, followed by an all over body moisturise after your morning shower.
· 1 banana
· 80g berries
· 1 tbsp almond butter
· 1 tbsp oats
· 1 tsp flaxseed
